The controller of personal data is Aleksandra Salas Sandoval, creator of the Deep Alchemy project.

The website currently does not have a contact form, user accounts, a newsletter, or an online store.

If you contact me by email, I will process the data contained in your message, such as your email address, name, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

This data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting correspondence, responding to your message and — where relevant — taking steps related to a potential collaboration.

3. Technical Data

When you use the website, basic technical data may be recorded automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, or information related to the operation of the server. This data may be processed in order to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website.

Data contained in email correspondence will be stored for as long as necessary to maintain communication and, afterwards, for the period required to protect against potential claims or to fulfil legal obligations.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. The supervisory authority indicates that a privacy policy should clearly inform users both about how their data is processed and about the rights available to them.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the way the website operates changes or if new features involving the processing of personal data are introduced.
